Meet the Team

Lucy and I (Chris) have been managers for Wadworth at the Old Bell for nearly 3 Years.  Before joining Wadworth we worked together for the biggest Night Club operator in the UK Luminar Leisure, working in Swansea and then Cardiff before making the move over to Wadworth and the Old Bell in Wiltshire.

In our first year  we were lucky enough to win Runner Up in Newcomer Managers of the Year 2008, and just last year we came runner up in the Marketing Pub of the Year Competition. We are very proud to be running one of Wadworth's busiest houses.

The Old Bell has a fantastic food offering available in the bar and our restaurant. We also have 150 capacity Function room available for private hire.

We are also pleased to announce the birth of our Daughter Macy Jayne Wright on the 17th of March 2010 who is a welcome addition to the team.

We have also recently been joined by Luke Buckle and Nici Banes who have been holding managers for Wadworth for the past 2 years. 

All four of us are very much looking forward to welcoming you to the Old Bell and rest assured we will be doing our utmost to make sure your stay is as enjoyable as possible.
