
Accommodation
The Old Bell is a 14th Century coaching Inn and is quite possibly the oldest licensed premises in Warminster. It is situated within easy reach of central Bath in the rolling Somerset countryside, and a 25 minute journey south will bring you to the Historic town of Salisbury.
Please be aware that on the weekends we have a late license until 2am with Disco the pub does get very noisy until the disco has finished.
Relax and unwind in one of our 15 ensuite bedrooms comprising of 2 singles, 2 family (sleeps upto 5) and 11doubles and enjoy one of our hearty breakfasts made with fresh local produce and served in our courtyard restaurant. Enjoy the added benefit of free parking, easy access to Longleat and surrounding areas and a wealth of beautiful countryside on your doorstep!
Breakfast
Breakfast is served in the Courtyard Restaurant. We offer a full traditional English breakfast or a lighter breakfast if preferred. The breakfast times are as follows:
Monday to Friday 7.30am - 9.00am
Saturday to Sunday 8.00am - 9.00am
Check-Out
Our check out time is 11.00am. Should you wish to keep your room after this time; every effort will be made to accommodate your needs. Late check out may result in a supplementary charge. Please ask if you wish to make alternative arrangements.
Safety
Please be aware that kettles are placed in rooms and could be dangerous for a child. For young children electrical sockets can be a hazard; however plastic blanking sockets are available on request. The Old bell was built in the 14th Century so it has been around a long time please take are when moving around the building as some of the floors are uneven and there are many low ceiling's.
Bedding
Additional pillows and blankets are available for your convenience; these are located in your wardrobe or if not please ask a member of staff and we will be happy to supply them for you.
Credit Facilities
The Old Bell Inn accepts all major credit cards. Personal cheques will only be accepted if accompanied by a valid cheque guarantee card.
Dining
A range of traditional and modern dishes are available for both lunch and dinner in our bar and dcourtyard restaurant. We strive to source as much local produce as possible. If you wish to reserve a table in the Restaurant then please just ask. If you have any special dietary requirements or allergies, then please let us know.
We serve food from 10am - 2.30pm and 6pm - 9.30pm Monday to Thursday
On friday and Saturday we serve food from 10am till - 7pm and 12noon - 6pm on Sunday's.
We have a traditional Roast dinner available everyday not just Sundays!
